My sister and I had a unique property to sell. We also had unique circumstances and in today's world, there are seldom any cookie cutter sales. I would like to state that who you speak with on the phone or in person is the same person regardless of circumstances, and we all know "circumstances" will arise in today's economy. Rick and his team and their background and knowledge of the area gave us the tools we needed to make critical decisions. The team was always available by phone or email. No question went unanswered. When it came time to make decisions about offers made, Rick and his team were very professional in how they responded. When asked for, data was provided that gave depth and clarity to make wise decisions on our part. Our property, being unique, was on the market for a while, but when the right buyer came along, Rick and his team were right there with us to guide us through the process. As sellers living out-of-state, we were pleased to have someone representing us that we could trust.
